Today’s application inflation is an interesting cause and symptom of the uncertainty in admissions. As applicants continue to increase, colleges have a progressively difficult challenge predicting the expected yield (i.e., the number of admitted students who actually attend). This complication leads to longer waiting lists among other competitive enrollment tactics implemented by colleges and universities, which leads to greater admission uncertainty among prospective students. Students in turn are hedging against this uncertainty of admissions by flooding the system with more and more applications.

The Kingsdale Shopping Complex in Columbus has had a lot of recent improvements but they weren't being showcased well to the outside community. Because Kingsdale has no common internet presence with all of the businesses’ basic information listed, it’s hard to know what and where anything is located. If you want to find stores located there you can find a handful by searching online but the only way to get a comprehensive list is to physically go there.
