As the founder of Three Scale, Ron recruited the Three Scale team and coordinated and delegated the main operational elements to the management team. Ron focuses on navigating the growth of the business, idea development and long range business planning.
Carley Maur
Digital Media Specialist
Carley works as a videographer, animator and graphic designer at Three Scale. She works from initial conceptualizing through production and post-production editing. She also makes cold calls, creates content for press releases and marketing collateral with the marketing team and helps with the illustration of maps.
Craig Lewis
Director of Map Production
Craig is responsible for managing a team of map designers and developers. He oversees that maps are produced in a timely manner. He also plays a role in developing new features of the interactive maps and is responsible for making the products available on multiple platforms.
Bobby St Clair
Map Developer
Bobby develops the interactive components for the various maps. This includes gathering data, designing interactive points, and editing pop-up boxes in the interactive maps. Bobby also designs interactive geographic maps, which are global maps, regional maps, or state maps. Lastly, Bobby works with some of the clients ensuring that the final map product fits their customized design.
Greg Overberg
Map Developer
Greg has worked as a Map Developer for Three Scale Strategy since June of 2010. Most of his time is spent with the interactive design of Three Scale's maps, working with the customer from initial concept designs to the final product, producing interactive maps that most effectively meet their needs. Greg is also involved with various other projects at Three Scale including GIS mapping, data collection, blog and journal articles and grant research.
